It’s an assuring thing to have an open mind and these days there’s always a new thing to explore. Discovering a new brand or product is always exhilarating but to search for a new accessory is even more fun. With the world changing at a rapid rate, and as eco-friendly items become more heighten. I must say it’s been a blessing to see so many amazing eco-chic brands, designers and products.
I know that our world is evolving and with every beat so has the fashion industry. The morals of our society are changing and the awaking feeling that the eco-friendly lifestyle offers is important. I love the eco-friendly lifestyle and every day I try exploring a little more as it comes. When it comes to fashion and accessories I feel that it’s about expressing who you are and if you love saving our planet then you’re making a huge fashion statement. Which lead me to my next area of interest rings and when I say rings I mean the eco-chic ones.
Ever been succumb by an accessory so eccentric, you just wanted to know more? Well since May I’ve been introduced to a brand Nga Waiata and it’s pronounced like this naaaa-y-a-taa. I thought how unique is this and then found out it means the songs in Maori. The designer of these clever rocks is from New Zealand and her vision for life is based on the purity of creation. She’s an avid painter and a jewelry creator and all of her substance rings are sold all over the world.
I guess you can say I was intrigued with the amount of effort and hard work she puts in her collection of rings. Of course everything takes hard work and the assurance of belief and with her pieces you can clearly see it. She’s also an advocate of wearing some the best clothes from top designers like Celine, Karen Walker, and Dries Van Noten. So she’s also a fashion believer which makes her a stylish designer.
But what made me amused with her rings were the stones used for her sharpen rings. For instance back in 2009 I went on a discovery trip to Arizona and went through some of the best shops and cities and was fascinated with crystals and amethysts stones. I even brought some and till this day I admired them as a must-have.
One thing about mineral based beauty is the natural looks they give off. I’m noticing how my taste for certain fashions is changing and now I love the uniqueness and simplicity of a lot of accessories. With Awa Crystal Jewels it’s all about simplicity and having others questioned Where Did You Get That From? Her creative jewels are sorted by nine different stones. There’s the smoky quartz, the rose quartz, pounamu, lapis lazuli, fluorite, and citrine, amazonite, blue lace agate, and amethyst. These different stones all show us how amazing and thorough her jewels are.
I love the Rose Quartz rings and each one has a wooden base, therefore assuring you an infinite piece of jewelry. These inquisitive items are sold at Barney’s in NYC and L.A. and the U.K. and of course her regional foreground of New Zealand. They range in a subtle price of $315 to $400 which includes a savvy dose of her notable works of art.
